Shipping Methods and Purchase Confirmation

We use the following shipping partners depending on the destination and order value. Most purchases ship within 72 hours.  Purchases made on items currently out of stock or on backorder may require up to 30 days for delivery.  Any items requiring special attention and/or special ordering  will require a special order form submitted and a Mulloys representative will be in contact with you to arrange the special order.

UPS,USPS Priority Express
Can be chosen for a nominal upgrade fee of $35. Shipment arrives one business day after shipping from Mulloys, (Please call for Saturday delivery quote). 3pm cut off for next day orders.
This service is free with purchases totaling more than $5000. (All loose diamonds are shipped this way)

UPS 2 day
Arrives within two business days after shipping from Mulloys.
This service is $20. 3pm cut off for second day orders. free on purchases totaling more than $1000.

UPS Ground
Usually arrives one to six business days after shipping from Mulloys.
This service is $15. free of charge on purchases over $250.

United States Post Office-Certified
Usually arrives within three business days after shipping from Mulloys.
This service is $15. free of charge on purchases over $99. 

United States Post Office-Registered Insured mail
Usually arrives within six to eight business days after shipment. This is a very secure way to ship high value items. We recommend this when shipping to Rural areas.
This service is $15. free of charge on items over $99.

All items must be signed for at point of destination. UPS  cannot honor a signature wavier for any purchase over $100. If your delivery is over $100 you must sign for the delivery. UPS will require a signature for any purchase under $100 unless you have a signature wavier on file with them.  MulloysJewelry.com does not ship international.

All items purchased from MulloysJewelry.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
