Before you buy: * Mulloys price match guarantee policy will secure your peace of mind. If you've been price shopping and receive a better price anywhere. Mulloys will match that price and take an additional 5% off of your purchase.
After you buy: * Mulloys guarantees our price to be the same or lower of any competitor's * advertised price for a period of 30 days. If for any reason you find the same item *advertised at a lower price we will match the advertised price and refund you the difference.
*advertised or quoted price must be advertised in a media form for the general public. We can't accept hand written quotes from other jewelers or web based solicitations by unauthorized dealers, it must be an advertised price. Customer must provide us the advertised piece and it must be for the same style, materials, quality and certification. Qualified date stamped e-mail quotes wil be excepted for a period of no more than 72 hours from the date stamp.
Product Warranty
We warranty all our products to the highest standard available in the jewelry industry. If there is any problem with your purchase you may return it to be repaired within 90 days of your purchase. If it is determined to be a design flaw, your product will be replaced at no charge to you. We will warranty any piece for 90 days based on average daily wear. We will not be responsible for articles damaged due to customer abuse. All designer pieces are under warranty by the manufacturer (please see individual manufacturer warranty). Mulloys is willing to facilitate any returns to the manufacturer.
After Warranty Period
After your 90 Day warranty is over, we recommend that customers take advantage of our free inspection and cleaning service. Since jewelry is susceptible to normal wear and tear, we can catch any necessary repairs needed. Back to Policies Menu
Shipping Methods and Purchase Confirmation
You will receive a purchase confirmation via email once your credit card information has been verified. You can expect many of our in stock items* to ship the same or next day.
Since jewelry is often given for engagement or other special occasion, we will accommodate any request for a special arrangement to ship to an address that is different from the billing address on your credit card. On purchases totaling over $250 you must contact your credit card issuing bank and notify them you wish to add an alternate shipping address along with your primary billing address. UPS & FedEx-Priority Overnight -Can be chosen for a nominal upgrade fee of $15. Shipment arrives one business day after shipping from Mulloys, (Please call for Saturday delivery quote). This service is free with purchases totaling more than $1500. (All loose diamonds are shipped this way)
UPS & FedEx 2 day -Arrives within two business days after shipping from Mulloys. This service is $10. free on purchases totaling more than $750.
UPS & FedEx Ground -Usually arrives one to six business days after shipping from Mulloys. This service is free of charge on purchases over $99.
United States Post Office-Priority mail -Usually arrives within three business days after shipping from Mulloys. This service is free of charge on purchases over $99.
United States Post Office-Registered Insured mail- Usually arrives within six to eight business days after shipment. This is a very secure way to ship high value items. This service is free of charge on items over $99.
All items must be signed for at point of destination. UPS and FedEx cannot honor a signature wavier for any purchase over $250. If your delivery is over $250 you must sign for the delivery. UPS and FedEx will require a signature for any purchase under $250 unless you have a signature wavier on file with them.

We require that all our designers hold themselves to this same standard. We take the same measure with our certified loose diamonds. Mulloysjewelry.com is one of the largest certified diamond suppliers. We track our diamonds from our conflict free rough source through the cutting process to certification and then to our vaults. Mulloysjewelry.com with our history for conflict free diamonds wants your support as we continue to uphold these standards.
Mulloys recommends that customers insure their products through their personal insurance policies. If you do not have a carrier to insure your item, we support Jeweler's Mutual Personal Jewelry Policies through our store.
Any purchase may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of the purchase date. *Only items unworn and in new condition will be accepted for return. Item must be in original box and have original upc tags attached.
*Any custom sizing and/or stone setting done by MulloysJewelry.com will be considered a special order and the sale will be final. Our extensive line of rings are stocked in most average sizes.

*All diamond returns must be original item sold and will be verified by our gemological department. All diamond certificates must be returned with the diamond or there will be a $250 replacement fee for any missing certificates.

If the item is valued at under $500:
You may ship by the carrier of your choice, if using US Postal Service and make sure you insure it. UPS and FedEx will insure up to $500.
If the item is valued at over $500:
You must ship your product via US Postal Service Registered and Insured mail and request a return receipt so you have confirmation that your package has been delivered to Mulloys.
All items returned:
Any items that are returned without authorization, with signs of wear, unattached upc tag or altered pieces that have been sized or otherwise altered by a jeweler other than Mulloys can't be accepted for return.
Any special order made by a customer for an item is fully non-refundable and the sale is final.
